Tolinn Seal Plast

Tolinn Seal PLAST is a corrosion protection mastic based on the petrolatum, which can be formed by hand, self-supporting mastic used for cavities as well as the equivalization of uneven surfaces at buried / above ground components, profiling irregular shapes to provide contours for subsequent tape wrapping.

TOLINN SEAL PLSAST, due to its reinforcement with fillers materials and fiber, permits good moldability and stability.

Basic Use

Cavity filler:TolinnSeal Plastis used to seal joints and tears, voids, cracks, flange connections. Perfect for profiling and molding.

Tank bottom base sealing: In combination with other Tolinn materials to provide a waterproof tank base area sealing.

Surface Preparation

Surface must be clean surface free of rust and loose attachments dust, dirt, or other foreign matter should be removed. Use a non-residue cleaner such as acetone.

Composition

Tolinn Seal Plast is petrolatum based corrosion prevention mastic.

Application

TolinnSeal Plast will be applied manually or with a palette knife to the surface to be coated. For this purpose the mastic will be modelled in such a way that cover tape can be seated over the coated area.

Storage Handling

Store indoor, clean and dry, away from direct sunlight in a cool place below +50°C, shelf life up to 5 years
