TOLINN Easyrepair P
For use on virtually all metal, TOLINN Easyrepair P is designed to hold coatings, whether water or solvent based. It is used for wide range of structural applications where moisture ingress or corrosion is a problem. The material contains reinforcement fiber mesh and has a greyish polyester non- woven fiber tip layer that allows UV protection painting choice of your’s. Tolinn Easyrepair Paint Band is engineered with special formula that doesn’t require any primer for adhesion. The product offers a long term performance in commercial, residential, oil & gas industry and power and water infrastructure industries.

TOLINN Easyrepair bonds to a wide range of surfaces including uncommon materials, such as EPDM, TPO, CSPE/Hypalon, most PVC, CPE, SBS, App modifieds, asphalt BURs, coal tar BURs, plus all metal roofs, tiles, shingle, aluminum, Galvanized steel, gypsum board, wood, polyethylene, propylene, polystyrene, fiberglass, brick, concrete, massonry, OSB, etc.
TOLINN Easyrepair P remains flexible to temperatures as low -56*C making it virtually impossible to thermally shocl the seam, causing a leak
Roof sealing: Tolinn Easyrepair P membrane tape is used to seal joints and tears, roofs, flashings, copings, cracks, skylights, gutters, etc. Perfect for repairing and restoring roofs.
Tank bottom base sealing: In combination with other materials to provide a waterproof tank base area sealing. Extremely flexible, Tolinn Easyrepair membrane conforms to virtually any shape without springing back. Tolinn Easyrepair P membrane can be sealed to itself, so it can be cut and folded around an object. A top coat of paint coating is necessary for UV protection.

Tolinn Easyrepair P membrane utilizes an innovative and advanced technology based on active sealants, a 100% solids formulation of synthetic resins, thermoplastics and non-curing rubber (non butyl) with a built in primer. It is bonded to a woven polyester backing for maximum conformability. A silicone release liner, to be removed prior to application, protects the adhesive coating.
Surface must be clean and dry. Moisture, dust, dirt or other foreign matter should be removed. Remove oil, grease, etc., with a non-residue Cleaner such as acetone. Remove salt and other contaminants prior to Application
Install Tolinn Easyrepair P membrane over the repair area, removing the release liner gradually, to prevent contamination of the adhesive prior to application. Rub or roll with pressure, using your hand or a steel roller, to activate bonding process. This material may be applied to clean dry surfaces from -29ºC to 66°C ambient. Treat surface with Butylen primer HT for installations from -29ºC to +4.5ºC ambient. A top coating is necessary for UV protection.
Store indoor, clean and dry, away from direct sunlight in a cool place below +50°C, shelf life up to 5 years.
