In the recent decade, WMK-Secure has developed innovative fire rated glazing products for Architects. WMK-Secur facility has an in-house furnace to do internal pre-testing for developing creative fire rated glazing products.

This material submittal is for Aluminum Fire Rated Doors & Partition, as a tested system it includes profiles, glass and accessories.

Leaf Doors:  Serie 7 – EI 90, EI 120 system from W.M.K. SECUR

SECUR ALU Serie 7 from W.M.K. SECUR is a complete profile system with accessories and fittings for single leaf door, double leaf door and fixed windows formed with aluminum profiles EN AW-6060 aluminum allow AIMgSiO,5.

Serie 7 profile used in the systems has a structure of the five chambers, where the central chamber is a hollow chamber for receiving fittings and the four other chambers contain fireproof insulating material. Dry glazing system with EPDM gaskets or with sealing and with clip on glazing beads. To prevent passage of smokes, heat and flames it is necessary to install the intumescent strips to seal perfectly the gap between the frame and the glass. Depending on the fire requirement.

Serie 22 – EI 90, EI 120 system IPK from W.M.K. SECUR

SECUR ALU Serie 22 from W.M.K. SECUR is a complete profile system with accessories for fixed partitions formed with aluminum profiles EN AW-6060 aluminum allow AIMgSiO,5 and core profile of fiberglass reinforced resin. Dry glazing system with EPDM gaskets or with sealing and with clip on glazing beads To prevent passage of smokes, heat and flames it is necessary to install the intumescent strips to seal perfectly the gap between the frame and the glass. Depending on the fire requirement.

Complete glass-profiling by Vetrotech approved classified as EI as Technical Report Test conducted in accordance with the EN 1364-1 and EN 12543-4 issued bay Authorized Official Laboratories, all in compliance with the Technical Code Building regulations.
